用AI为王者荣耀创建新英雄以及梗图

PaddleNLP新加入了Dalle模型，借助Dalle模型的力量可以直接使用英文描述生成各种脑洞大开的图片，直接调用Dalle模型看看能生成什么有趣例子。我们需要按照要求执行，然后想象自己想要的新英雄是什么样子的。

这次的项目执行依旧很简单，首先需要百度账号登录，通过项目链接fork项目，然后按照顺序执行下去，一共需要执行3个cell，就是点击notebook中的运行按钮，一个一个运行下去即可。

1. 给王者荣耀设计新英雄（按自己的想法写出文字，用翻译转换成英文即可）
